Family of Eateries is a modern reservation platform created to bring elegance and simplicity to booking restaurant tables. It features animated restaurant cards, sticky navigation, a smooth reservation experience, and a responsive layout. Built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and GSAP animations.
We began with low-fidelity wireframes to structure the user journey and layout for mobile-first interaction.
After user testing the wireframes, we moved to high-fidelity mockups using Figma to focus on color, typography, and layout consistency.
We brought the designs to life using HTML, CSS, and GSAP for scroll-triggered animations and seamless navigation.
The app houses three distinct restaurant brands under one umbrella: each with its own flavor, style, and identity. From name ideation to color systems and logo design, each sub-brand was crafted to appeal to a unique audience while maintaining a cohesive visual system within the app.
One challenge was integrating GSAP animations smoothly while keeping the app fast and responsive. I also learned how to better structure JavaScript for interaction-based screens and improved my UI consistency practices.
